Importing Instrument Export File
When you program the sample names in your qPCR run, it is important use the format below so that the data and classification columns are correctly imported into the Data editor. Use the plus (+) to separate between the different row/column names.
sample name+gene name+classification column1+classification column2+classification column2+...
Open the Data editor by selecting Data editor in the Tools menu in the main window. Choose Open in the File menu in the Data editor, and change to Instrument export file (*.txt, *.csv) in the File format drop-down list. Navigate to the location of the instrument export file, select the file and press Open. Now the data should ready for pre-processing.
