About MultiD Analyses AB
MultiD Analyses AB (MultiD) is the leading company in multidimensional data analysis. We were founded in 2001 by leading scientists and software engineers from Swedish top universities and industry, who discovered that by clever experimental design it is possible to generate multidimensional data sets that can be decomposed into contributions from underlying components without necessarily using references and with minimum non-trivial assumptions. This was considered as one of the most important discoveries in data mining during the 1980's. It opened new possibilities to analyze test samples from industrial processes, characterize chemical compounds and chemical reactions, analyze images, and most recently, these methods have proved particularly powerful to analyze gene expression profiling data. Several applications of these methods are proprietary to MultiD.
MultiD develops the GenEx software for analysis of qPCR expression profiling data, and the DATAN software for analysis of spectroscopic data. Both softwares were developed in collaboration with expert users, and offer powerful tools and methods behind a user-friendly interface. For special applications, MultiD custom designs specific solutions. We also offer training in multidimensional experimental design and in multidimensional data analysis.
